TBRC Engenhos do Norte Madeira, Portugal
Highly recommended Madeira cane-juice rum: fruity, honeyed and lightly woody with clear wine-tannin influence, great texture and freshness. Distinctive profile that still stays accessible for most drinkers.
Curious explorers who enjoy agricole-style freshness, red-wine finishes, and fruity, honeyed profiles with some spice and mint at a moderate 48.8% ABV.

Fresh, honeyed Madeira character
If you like cane-juice rums or wine-finished spirits, this gives you a fresh, honeyed Madeira twist without overwhelming you—great next step beyond basic column-aged rums.
Those who dislike wine-tannic notes, prefer very sweet column rums, or are sensitive to herbal/menthol touches in the finish.

Pleasant smell, for me dominates a fresh note paired with wood and some fruit. An incredible mouthfeel, super soft and pleasantly oily. Fruity notes are in the foreground in the taste, out the back comes some menthol to it.The nose is good, the taste the hammer!
Exellent! Strong, bold with Madeira hint. I like that.
Madeira rum. obviously loads of madeira flavours, baking spices, tannins, dried red fruits. Very thick flavoured. Simply lovely.
Didn't love the blanc but really works with a bit of age.
