It was distilled in 2007 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 13 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 53,6% and the mark is ITP. June 2022. lots of umami mushrooms, pine, oak, pepper on the nose. papaya, mango, heavy vanilla taste - - long sharp finish
