“For a molasses rum, it starts pleasantly grassy like an agricole, although it gets “darker” after some breathing time and begins to hint at burnt sugar. Some nice peppery spice notes with hints of nutmeg and a pineapple character. Medium length greener finish.”

“A decent sipper. At first will seen a touch harsh, but as it sits, it mellows out quite a bit. An interesting mix of light flavors and sharp sensation from the alcohol. The grassy notes are very light and only show up sometimes, but are very pleasant. I get a lot of homemade marshmallow, which is fantastic. All in all, a delicious product.”
