Chairman‘s Reserve Master‘s selection (Romhatten #4) 2011
Highly praised Saint Lucia single cask with a pastry‑like profile: marzipan, chocolate, dried fruits and toasted wood over subtle vegetal notes. Complex, creamy and surprisingly approachable for 59,1%.
Enthusiasts who enjoy cask strength, dessert‑leaning rums with marzipan, chocolate and toasted wood, and who are curious about cane‑juice Saint Lucia outside the typical grassy agricole profile.

How does this rum taste?
Pastry‑driven, creamy Saint Lucia powerhouse
If you enjoy richer Chairman’s single casks or pastry‑driven rums at higher strength, this is a cool twist: cane‑juice character wrapped in creamy praline and toasted wood, with some heat to manage.
Beginners, those sensitive to higher ABV or sharp alcohol, and drinkers expecting a light, classic Caribbean molasses sweetness without vegetal or herbal edges.

Taste a menthol bomb! Very different from all Chairman's that I have tried before!
Ziemlich cool!
Überraschendes Erlebnis! Hätte diesen Rum eher Richtung Column Still zugeordnet.
