“Tropical fruits, spices, lactic acid - the nose of the young continental Demeraras definitely reveals a recurring profile. On the palate, the mineral and spicy notes come to the fore a bit more here; the slightly lactic aromas also remain with us, paired with the sweetness present, these now almost remind us a bit of crème brûlée. The alcohol also makes an appearance, but without becoming too dominant. Also from this bottling I do not need more than the present sample, nevertheless, it is one of the better from the squad of tasted young continental matured Demeraras.”

“The three Nobilis 21A, B and C in the test...Nose: young and fresh PM. Seems a bit immature and thus slightly sharp. Something slightly metallic underlined the young freshness, just as not yet fully ripe lime. In terms of fruit, green apple is added. Everything is framed by a pleasant honey sweetness and a discreet spiciness of wood and anise. 7.8 Palate: also quite sharp, alcoholic and bitter at the start. Spicy-peppery-salty, with black pepper and licorice. Has a yeasty texture, similar to brioche. Still metallic and slightly nutty at the end. 7.2Seems a bit too immature and impetuous to me. The high abv then underscores this. Overall, somewhat disappointing.”
