“La 1ère note au nez est fumée mais laisse rapidement place à un délicieux gâteau banane/caramel légèrement vanillé et épicé. En bouche on est sur les épices (vanille, muscade), le caramel ainsi que cette note fumée juste ce qu'il faut très agréable. Plus on y goutte et plus il devient gourmand. En fond on sent également le zeste d'orange qui vient appoter cette note fraîche et fruitée. La finale est épicée et caramélisée puis cela devient acidulé comme un bonbon au citron.”

“Unsurprisingly, the Islay finish puts its stamp on the rum, but Worthy Parks are for me the exception to the rule - namely a rum in which this dominant finish does not completely overwhelm the rum. Why you need it again and again new attempts, I still understand only conditionally - The Rum Cask and Rum Artesanal have actually presented here sufficiently convincing, so the whole thing seems just gradually somewhat predictable. Remains nevertheless an overall good rum.”
