    Le nez dégage immédiatement des arômes d'ester, c'est fruité sur la pomme et les fruits secs. On y trouve aussi de la châtaigne grillée et de la mélasse. C'est assez conventionnel pour un Guyana. L’attaque en bouche est douce. On retrouve des notes de fruits et la réglisse apparait, avec du bois humide et de la vanille. La finale est courte en bouche avec des notes d’agrumes amers, d’épices (poivre-anis) et fumées-boisées. Un rhum doux qui manque de personnalité pour réellement s’imposer chez des fans de Guyana comme moi. Mais il permet d’initier les néophytes à la Guyana. Quoiqu’il en soit, deux belles sélections dédiées à un large public. Perso, ma préférence va vers le Belize 2011. Pour l’anecdote, la sélection a été faite en pensant qu’il s’agissait d’un Guyana 2006.
