"Cherry Finishes sind natürlich Geschmackssache und werden in dieser Community tendenziell abgewertet. Ich stehe dieser Variante der Lagerung offen/ neutral gegenüber und fand diese Abfüllung potent (typisch C<>H) mit dem typischen Einfluss eines PX Fasses. Den Einfluss des PX Fasses finde ich zwar nicht unbedingt störend. Vielleicht einen Tick zu süß. Aber es hebt die Essenz auch nicht in neue Höhen. Die ungefinishte Variante würde ich persönlich leicht bevorzugen. Fazit: wir sprechen wir hier von einem gelagerten High Ester Hampden in Fassstärke. Unterm Strich, PX Finish hin oder her, richtig guter Stoff."
