It's a sour spirit covered by tons of sugar. The flavors that survived the sugaring and dilution are unfortunately the ones I don't like too much. Not my slice of Gouda.

The two aromas that share the limelight are banana and caramel.There is also some spiciness, tobacco and honeyed wood. 8:On the palate, the profile is a little more complex. The attack is soft. The caramel is still there, but the banana disappears in favor of vanilla and roasted notes. Discreet pepper makes a brief appearance. 7,8:The finish is medium. The sweet sensation lingers on the palate for some time. Vanilla and a slight woodiness, buttery, caramelized, dominate.There are some dried fruits also...
