"Beautiful Versailles, but a little too tart and woody for me personally. However, there are also lots of great notes such as chocolate, caramel and spices. A little more fruit to balance it out would have been nice."

"Tasted three different Versailles together with DomM. The highlight of the evening after the disappointing Velier Beenleighs and the La Favorit. All three were very good, although in retrospect the Rum&Rock, which I had given an 8.5 at the time, was more herbal, with a profile similar to the 91 KFM. I find the TWCC and Cave Guildive more typical. But all three were very good and saved the evening."

Toll!"
