"Un Uitvlugt continental qui fait de merveilles. Le nez est sublime, avec ce côté mielleux et pralin très gourmand qui se joint aux notes florales et herbacées plus fraîches et parfumées. Les fruits (secs et exotiques) proposent un joli bouquet aromatique avec le boisé, les épices, le café et le chocolat. Un nez qu’on peut renifler pendant des heures. L’attaque en bouche est plus vive et intense, avec un florilège d’épices (piment, anis, réglisse, vanille, cannelle, clou de girofle et gingembre) et d’herbes aromatiques (thé, thym). Le cuir, le boisé et le côté légèrement empyreumatique sont plus prononcés au détriment des fruits secs. L’alcool est extrêmement bien intégré dans cet ensemble puissant, bouleversant mais très aromatique. La finale est très longue. Elle est aussi chaude, épicée, légèrement amère sur les notes terreuses et herbacées, le café et le cuir. Une touche vanillée et de chocolat noir confèrent une gourmandise appréciable en fin de bouche. Très beau profil proposé par Distilia. Si le prix est discutable, la qualité du jus fait l’unanimité de part sa profondeur, sa générosité et son exubérance."
