Great Hampden, a bit "softer" than the sister barrel, with both playing at an impressive level.

Excellent Hampden! Little acidity and great herbal spice. Has more wood than the sister cask (Ed. 5) and less funk. Makes really fun!

Incredibly cool sipping Hampden. Probably for me almost the reference as far as 92 Hampdens are concerned.

Nose very fruity, rather little ester.... Alcohol very well integrated. In the mouth a bit more bite without being intrusive.... also here nice fruit but also ne portion of wood. But seems nicely balanced. One of the better 1992s I could taste. * Rum needs mMn at least 30min in the glass.
