great sipping Hampden. nice complexity... When it comes to 92 Hampdens, this is one of the few that I like. But it doesn't come close to the Rum Nation or the CDI. Overall a little too herbal and sour.
Dégustation CoR, Rum Club Switzerland. Un nez expressif, fruité avec des esters doux et d’une puissance modérée. De l’ananas sur-mûr, d’autres fruits tropicaux, du thé noir et du chêne. La bouche est très belle, suave, riche et expressive. Beaucoup de fruits mais en équilibre avec les autres arômes, bois, thé noir et vanille. La finale est sur les fruits, les fruits tropicaux, puis le bois et enfin le thé noir. Un très beau rhum, tout à fait équilibré, riche en arômes et très buvable, une très belle réussite !
Excellent Hampden! Little acidity and great herbal spice. Has more wood than the sister cask (Ed. 5) and less funk. Makes really fun!
