The "Montebello Guadeloupe No. 1" was produced in Guyana at the Carrere distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler The Colours of Rum. It was distilled in 1998 from Molasses and then aged for 23 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 43,3%. This is a limited release and there are only 155 bottles.

Spamming with a few older tastings that I haven't added yet. Pretty good release but I would have loved a higher ABV. Overall balance is OK but expected more from a release this old.
