The "Barbados No. 15" was produced in Barbados at the Foursquare distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler The Colours of Rum. It was distilled in 2006 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 15 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 61,5%. This is a limited release and there are only 276 bottles. 28 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.2/10. The rum smells like Coconut, Black pepper and Caramel, and on the palate there is Coconut, Oak and Milk chocolate.

Palate Round, wood, light roasted, coconut, light anise, banana, light pineapple, light citrus, spice, medium spicy. Finish Long, medium spicy, warm, wood, light roasted, fruits, light pineapple, light caramel. The empty glass has nice chocolate, coconut and dried fruits.
