“This Clairin from Velier is incredibly strong with strong peat/smoke and solvent aromas. Slight presence of olives.Compared to the Sajous it lacks more fruity notes.Great rum!Clairin Rums are true rums that have not altered over time and retain those fermentation and distillation processes of yesteryear. They are among the few rums left to give us a historical memory of what this great distillate was like. They are our past and at the same time our future!”
