Recht würzig-fruchtiger Mauritius Rum mit 3y cognac finish. hat mir persönlich zu wenig Komplexität und zu wenig Ecken und Kanten. Schönes Zusammenspiel aus Gewürzen wie Zimt, Vanille Walnüssen und etwas Milchschokolade zusammen mit Traubengelee, roter Grütze und kandierten Birnen. Alkohol gut eingebunden insgesamt mir persönlich dennoch etwas zu langweilig.... Da find ich den 11y alten CDI st aubin in Trinkstärke tatsächlich spannender.
Mir einen tacken zu modrig. Update nach 5 Minuten. Jetzt kommt der rum sehr würzig und komplex. Der Agricole geht fast unter.
Und der dritte Bottekill heute...Einfach erstaunlich gut integrierter Alkohol. Saint Aubin ist schon anders zu den Grays...eher dunkle Früchte mit mehr holzigen Noten. Der Alkohol ist wieder gut integriert. Einfach sehr lecker!
