Auch hier gieb “Vom Fass” wieder nur spärliche Infos an, somit bleiben viele Details im Dunklen. Ich finde diesen hier extrem süss (100% nachgesüsst), dünn, schwach… etwas für die Kategorie “Zuckerschnuten”
Heute dad Geschenkset von Vom Fass probieren. Dieser spiced Rum aus Panama geht sogar. In der Nase haben wir viel Vanille und Karamell, außerdem recht würzig. Am Gaumen ebenfalls Vanille, ist relativ süß und schmeckt irgendwie nach Keksteig.
Nase: (für mich) überbordernde Süße mit Vanille, Creme Brulee und Zimt. Erinnert an Weihnachten. Gaumen: wie in der Nase, wobei der ABV das Ganze zumindest angenehm rüberbringt. Abgang: kurz und süß. Fazit: Spiced Rum ist nicht meins. Aber sicher ein Rum der durch die Süße und die weihnachtliche Ausrichtung Anklang findet.
