“Un nicaragua sans edulcoration, c est bien meilleur ! Un nez très gourmand avec le chocolat au premier plan, puis un mélange coco vanille. En bouche c est très gourmand, un vrai dessert, toujours avec les même marqueurs et un alcool un peu piquant. C est chaud et rond. La finale est moyenne. Bravo M. Ricci pour ce beau travail de sélection.”
