How does this rum taste?
Clairin Vaval from Haiti’s Arawaks distillery, selected by Velier, is an unaged rum distilled in 2018 using sugar cane juice in a pot still, with an ABV of 50.6%. It's celebrated for its pronounced agricole scent with fruity and citrus undertones, coupled with its vegetal flavor profile enriched by fruity, pear, and peach notes. The rum is praised for its seamless alcohol integration and natural sweetness, delivering a balanced palate with medium length finish highlighting apple and ginger hints. 21.10.2022 Going through samples at home. Notes Transparent in colour. Nose Round, fruity, light tomato, apple, sugarcane, light plum, light olive, faint licorice. Palate Round, balanced, fruits, light tomato, clove, light lemon, light apple, oily, naturally sweet, light mint. Finish Medium long, round, naturally sweet, fruits, light apple, faint mint, light ginger.
Oh ja, top dieser Rum. Schöner Haitianer. In der Nase kommt gleich die Fruchtigkeit hoch und auch den Agricole kann man gut riechen. Im Gaumen genauso, kommt noch ein schöner pflanzlicher Geschmack hinzu. Alkohol gut eingebunden. Top Rum 👍
