The Single Cask was produced in Guyana at the Diamond distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Valinch & Mallet. It was distilled in 2003 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 15 years. The rum has an ABV of 58.1%. This is a limited release and there are only 193 bottles.
