“Heavy sweetness, spice, wood, coffee, roasted nuts - nice Diamond profile and one of the better ones from 2003 in the typical column-still style.”

Super Rum!”

“This is a pretty good rum as well and it should rest for at least 15 nminutes in my mind to release all the flavours. The nose has roasted wood and fruit from the start trailed by vanilla and an earthy note. The palate is roasted wood and dried fruits, chocolate and coffee trailed by caramel and vanilla. The finish is long with roasted wood and dried fruit.”
