It was distilled in 2012 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 8 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 61,8% and the mark is OWH. This is a limited release and there are only 252 bottles.

“#4721 09.05.2024 Relaxing at home with a few of my Endemic Birds Samples. Nose Light wood, balanced, fruity, faint roasted, light glue, pineapple, ester. Palate Round, balanced, light glue, ester, banana, fruity, light citrus, light wood. Finish Medium long, round, medium dry, fruity, pineapple, wood, faint smoke. The empty glass has light chocolate, light cherry, apple and light grass.”
