A sample that I have been looking for for a long time. Grazie Mille!!! 😀 I let it breathe for 2 hours, smelling it every time is an experience. Beautiful lacquer and solvent, caramel and macaroons, but restrained by Neisson standards. Plenty of spices. Very powerful, yet round and the 58% is perfectly integrated. It is very complex. Sniff deep in, peripheral, let it rest, swirl, something new every time.😀 Woody in the mouth (but not too much), spicy, caramel and macaroons. Long finish. The Neisson DNA is recognizable, but this one is not fine and elegant, but heavy and spicy. Absolutely 🔝, I like it better than its brother from 2005.
On trouve dès le nez une délicieuse gourmandise avec de très belles notes de chocolat, de cannelle et de fruits secs. La bouche est dans le prolongement du nez avec des arômes très similaires. Sa texture est crémeuse ce qui rend la dégustation vraiment très plaisante. La finale est longue avec un léger caramel et un boisé épicé. Ce Neisson est une grande réussite ! Un rhum dessert dont l'équilibre est parfait : on voudrait y revenir encore et encore !
An unexpectedly more toasty and spicy neisson! It also has a nice peppery note that accompanies the whole tasting! And with the usual and impeccable respect for one's sugar cane! Neisson is a guarantee!
