#4712 28.04.2024 Unaged tasting at home while relaxing in between the sets with Hulk on bluray 😊 Nose Intense, fresh, vegetal, light grass, lime, banana, light sugarcane, spice. Palate Intense, warm, medium spicy, fruits, lime, vegetal, light floral. Finish Very long and warm, fruity, light lime, light herbal, light sugarcane. The empty glass has some smoke, faint chocolate and minerals.
Very vegetal and salty nose. The mouth is very salty. Brine, olive. Still banana.a typical Galion.I have trouble with this rum. I find it interesting but this very salty side makes it a bit nauseating.
Convinces me unfortunately neither pure nor in the daiquiri particularly. Not bad but there are better le Galions.
