CDI Jamaica 2012 9yr 63,7%
The Jamaica rum is a bold and distinct 9-year-old rum, produced at the Multi Distilleries distillery in Jamaica and bottled by the independent bottler Compagnie des Indes. It's distilled from molasses and bottled at cask strength, boasting a robust 63.7% ABV, making it a limited release with only 199 bottles available. The aroma and flavors attribute to ester, tropical fruit, and banana, with a funky side to it. Its alcoholic sharpness adds character to this blend. Although some users find the alcohol strength to be overpowering, it is undeniably well-crafted and enjoyed by the rum enthusiast community.
