It was distilled in 2010 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 9 years. The rum has an ABV of 43,6%. The rum smells like Apricot, Coconut and Nougat, and on the palate there is Vanilla, Mild and Barrel.

Nice release from Plantation
Und der nächste Durchschnittsplantation. Hat jedenfalls eine sehr fruchtige Nase. Kokosnuss und Aprikose sind hier hervorzuheben, außerdem etwas Vanille. Am Gaumen dann viel Vanille und Karamell, sowie etwas Holz.
Vanillin aus dem Eichenfass und leichte süße dominieren. Sonst nicht viel mehr.
Is okay but leaves no lasting impression. For 43.6% could be significantly more drinkable...
