“Mmh a bit strange Savanna... I wouldn't have thought of it blind. Tastes more like a Foursquare with a mirabelle plum brandy finish. Alcohol not well integrated... generally very rough, especially on the nose. A little more complexity on the palate but not outstanding either... Some apple and mirabelle plums plus some young wood ... then a lot of bitterness and dark chocolate. For me personally this is nothing... Thank God I only have a sampler 😅”

“No idea what went wrong here but this is for a Savanna a bitter disappointment. From Savanna I taste and smell here even after just under an hour let breathe nothing and the alcohol is really not well integrated. Especially the nose is just really pungent alcoholic sharp.... Too bad! At least some Savanna character comes through in the finish but only if you know it. In blind tasting, the save would fail.”
