“Is often called the King of Hampden - and especially in direct comparison with other representatives of the already extremely exciting 1993 vintage, the outstanding quality becomes more than clear. The balance can only be described as famos - here nothing negative stands out: overripe fruits meet vanilla, caramel sweetness, dark spices and light roasted aromas. Superb!”

“09.05.2016 Evening out with colleagues and good rums. Notes Light to medium dark colour. Nose Fresh, light wood, ester, banana, overripe, polish, light grass. Palate Warm, spicy, light wood, light roasted, citrus, faint glue, fruitcake, medium dry. Finish Long, warm, fruity, wood, faint smoke, ester.”
