I completely forgot to take notes, I was too busy talking. Just from memory. Hadn't heard of him before. Rum-House-Milan said it was from Joshua Singh's brother... Nose: sweetish, fruity, fermented, esters. Slightly bacony, somehow typical for long fermented, unaged molasses rums. 7.1 Palate: again fruity-sweet, clearly fermented with esters, caramelly and quite creamy due to the high ABV. Ok, but nothing extraordinary. 7,1
#4225 Tasting from 30.08.2023 in the hometown of this spirit. This is definitely a mixer rum bamecause it's out of balance in my mind. Very fruity bit the alcohol is not super well integrated.
Green apples in smell and taste, not bad
