Travellers Belizean Blue Signature Blend
The Signature Blend offers an easy, approachable rum with modest complexity, mostly caramel, wood, and traces of coconut. Not a standout for those seeking depth, but one to try if you enjoy gentle, classic woody notes.
Solid wood and caramel notes, easy and approachable sipper.

How does this rum taste?
- Süffig, solider Belize
- classic caramelwood notes
- pleasant on the nose with caramel
Belizean Blue Signature Blend stirs up plenty of conversation among RumX drinkers. Typical notes are woody with caramel and toffee, a fair bit of coconut or tropical fruit popping up on the nose ("some coconut in the nose" – Steffmaus🇩🇰), and a backbone of spice. Most found the finish short and the palate "recht dünn" (Rumpalumpa), while a few enjoyed the easy-going character: "Süffig, solider Belize" (Joachim Guger). There’s frequent mention of glue or varnish undertones and mild bitterness, but also a subtle nutty and vegetal side.

"Very unspectacular and average for a Belize rum. Primarily classic caramel, woody notes. Then some fruit in the finish but overall quite thin and nothing that particularly stands out."
"Time to finish up 1423's "24 days of Christmas". This is the rum from day 19, and I find it to be rather okay. Some coconut in the nose, and I got some tropical fruits and caramel in the notes. A rather short and woody finish"
"Here is a little thing going on with some glue/varnish and some nuttiness that evolves from a general green plants being cut on a field smell. Of course in the end, belize can do much better. And in the end also, nobody needs this at this price since better alternatives in the same price range are available..."
"No nice aromas. And also inharmonious. Not mine at all"
