It was distilled in 2015 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for <23 years. The rum has an ABV of 65%. "This is the best one from this year. Needs to rest like the other releases and with a drop of water (not really needed) you get more flavours. Resting it for 30 minutes instead of adding water was my favourite. "
