Dégustation à l aveugle. J ai deviné au premier nez qui c était un Foursquare. On a la coco du , chocolat noir, le fût ancien, et un petit poivré. La bouche est agréable, toujours une dominante de coco saupoudrée de cacao. Suit une petite astreingence qui ne reste pas. Fin de bouche persistante dans un premier temps vieux fût un peu humide et champignon , puis retour de gourmand coco avec plus de chocolat
Au nez, de la coco, du chocolat et un boisé assez présent. En bouche toujours la coco, accompagnée d un.chocolat noir et d un boisé de fond de calé, le tout avec un côté vineux. La finale est moyenne, relativement sèche et astringente. Il me rappelle la cuvee indélébile, un cran au dessus.
