Surprising. Pleasant. In the sense of: I had low expectations. A bit of a wood-boat touch, caramel-sweet, but not at all overbearing. Great balance. On ABV I would have guessed 43%, but it's a surprising 10% more, so actually perfectly integrated alcohol. At a price of about 50 EUR also recommended to beginners or as a gift.
Eine absolute Überraschung! Fruchtige Ester sind in eine karamellige Melassesüße eingebettet und ergeben ein sehr stimmiges Gesamtbild. Hier wurde beim Blenden ein wirklich gutes Händchen bewiesen. Ein toller Rum mit sehr angenehmer Bepreisung, der mir ausgesprochen gut gefällt!
06.08.2022 Thinking about the price tag you get a lot for your money. A fresh and fruity rum with light esters and some glue. Pretty well balanced profile and a medium to long finish. The empty glass had light chocolate notes.
