Blind tasting, so unfortunately the photo is not very informative. Brittle rum, not really my cup of tea.
Just had the excellent Worthy Park from Sample X before this. Might switch them around next time. This is a different beast. A complex rum, lots of different layers: fruits, spices, dry, peppery. A lot to discover. I like it, but it's still a bit closed off on some levels. Never had such a young Enmore btw. A promising mark. Will try and rate again soon.
Very dry rum with clear bitter notes. Almost reminds me of Clarendon. Not really my cup of tea.
