“Die halbleere Flasche stand jetzt ein Jahr in meinem Schrank. Diese Wartezeit hat dem Rum wirklich sehr gut getan. In der Nase überaus fruchtig, lieblich und der mehrfach erwähnte Apfel kommt noch besser zur Geltung, als bei der frisch geöffneten Flasche damals. Er hat viele Parallelen mit einem English Harbour Antigua, was mir sehr gut gefällt. Die 48 % brennen weniger, als vor einem Jahr. Mirabelle, Holz und Karamell beeinflussen am Gaumen positiv und die leichte Blumigkeit macht das Ganze noch interessanter. Sehr lecker.”
