The "Premium (Double distillation)" was produced in Marie Galante at the Bielle distillery. It was distilled in 2009 from Sugar cane juice with a Creole Column and then aged for 12 years. "Al naso è ricco, molto rotondo con legno nobile, caramello, frutti maturi sia tropicali che non, frutta secca, qualche nocciola e un po' di spezie lontane, davvero eccezionale questo bouquet. Al palato è corposo e con carattere dove ritroviamo i frutti secchi(datteri), il caramello(salato), qualche nocciola tostata, dei frutti tropicali maturi (papaya), legno nobile e dell'arancia disidratata. Sorprende la personalità ed unicità del suo gusto complesso, profondo e raffinato con un finale lungo e piacevole (tendente al secco). Avrei preferito un abv leggermente più alto, ma va benissimo anche così. Nel bicchiere vuoto legno e maturati di frutta Grazie ad Olivier per l'opportunità!"
