Un rhum vénézuélien qui se distingue par une finition en fût de Calvados. Le fût a eu le temps d’en imprégner le nez, avec des notes de tabac et pas mal d’influences boisées, épicées, herbeuses. L’attaque en bouche est assez mince, avec les mêmes marqueurs : un peu alcoolique, caramélisé, épicé et avec un soupçon de fruits secs. L’ensemble s’éparpille rapidement en bouche. La finale est légèrement chaude, florale et épicée. Les saveurs se dissipent rapidement. Un rhum qui n’a rien d’extraordinaire mis à part sa finition qui le distingue des autres rhums de tradition espagnole.
