“This is a Single Cask distilled in 2011 at Diamond (Guyana) and aged for 10 years in Ex-Bourbon oak casks followed by a 5 month finish in a first fill Buffalo Trace cask (it is a Bourbon)! Bottled in 2022 at 55% for 249 bottles. Pleasant nose: vanilla/pencil chips/flamed banana Spicy palate: licorice/smoke and vanilla (from the bourbon) Balanced finish: tobacco/wood A nice single cask that represents well the universe of Port-Mourant! Nice Q/P ratio for 75 € ! I'll order a bottle right away ...”
