“Ce Ferroni des Canaries est très plaisant à boire. Une palette intéressante mais sans excès non plus, le tout bien équilibré et rond grâce à la Dame Jeanne. On entre directement dans le vert avec une belle fraîcheur (Citron / Citron vert / Pamplemousse / Gingembre) avec un gros côtes végétale (Herbe / Foin / Olives / Saumure iodé / Sève). Quelques fruits a l'eau de vie se baladent et ce mélangent avec le côté empyreumatique apporté par la grosse fermentation distillé en pot (Fermenté / Cuivre / Caoutchouc / Plastique / Fumé / Animale). Très belle sucrositée, c'est florale et finement épicé (Girofle / Muscade). Un rhum qui n'a rien de forcément exceptionnel vu la façon dont il a était conçu, mais qui reste très agréable à boire avec une jolie palette aromatique. Plutôt sympa !”

“Huch! Die Nase stößt zunächst ab, irgendwie fleischig. Am Gaumen dann deutlich besser. Insgesamt nicht ganz mein Geschmack, aber auch nicht völlig schlecht.”

“Un peu décevant, la palette aromatique de ce rhum est assez limité pour un heavy, ce qui est dommage. Cela dit avec du recul le rhum reste facile à boire et sans prise de tête.”
