Huch! Die Nase stößt zunächst ab, irgendwie fleischig. Am Gaumen dann deutlich besser. Insgesamt nicht ganz mein Geschmack, aber auch nicht völlig schlecht.
"Intrigant ! L’olive est clairement présente, ça chauffe un peu mais pas trop. Il faut aimer le côté salé. En resume, mes notes de degutation : Au nez : Olive En bouche : Muscade, Saumure, Salé, Olive La finale plutot orientee vers : Olive, Saumure"
Bien vert au nez. Plus gourmand en bouche. Finale équilibrée et agréable.
Un peu décevant, la palette aromatique de ce rhum est assez limité pour un heavy, ce qui est dommage. Cela dit avec du recul le rhum reste facile à boire et sans prise de tête.
