“Al naso è opulento con tabacco aspro, latte rancido, soprattutto metalli caldi(ferro/rame) e frutti surmaturi, molto particolare. Al palato è molto fruttato (banana acerba, susine, melone crudo, ananas cotto, acquavite di frutta, ma anche pompelmo rosa e limone, non riesco a definirli bene) e un po' pungente, permane il sentore metallico di rame distintivo, presenta anche un po' di sapidità, un lato vegetale e forse di olive). Nonostante tutto è delicato e dal finale breve, ma lascia il sapore in bocca a lungo.”
