"A high ester content is felt during the tasting, but I think it feels pleasant - an explosion of fruit flavor that lingers on the palate for a long time."

"The nose sums up everything we love about Hampden. The classic markers are well present with a perfect balance and without any mark of alcohol. Without surprise the mouth is not very powerful. A DOK all in delicacy what. We keep all the same the markers of the distillery. The finish is a bit short, slightly bitter and spicy. After having tasted it again I raise the note a bit because the nose is really fabulous and I found the mouth longer and less flat than the first time."

"Typical DOK notes on the nose, quite sour taste, medium long. Not so crazy as younger DOKs. Recomended to taste, for sure."
