“Another very nice single cask with nice Agricole notes and some light fruit and floral notes. I noticed some marzipan in the empty glass as well.”

“The first Bielle that I find average.very fresh nose with cane and some fruits. Not very powerful but pleasant.fruity palate but also very woody, which makes it bitter in a not very pleasant way.bitter finish.”

“A good but not great brut de fût Agricole. There is a nice creamy toffee note on the attack removed quickly by the well integrated alcohol coming in. It’s really well done but I miss the bigger flavor development of the 2013 Dillon brut de fût or the Saint James ephemeres 1. This one is a little bit too straight to the point in its flavor, as nice as it is. If you have not had other brut de fût agricoles you will probably love it though.”
