Powerful and edgy through and through, but also dedicated not thought pure.fruit becomes wood and leather. Strong alcohol, spicy sweetness. Discreet charge of glue and smoke. Suits everything that is declared in the recipe as 'Overproof' and that well. Not so for everything else. Needs contrast flavors and acidity above all else.Addendum: whew, the 57% really isn't particularly well integrated. Even with 10 minutes breathing still schnapsig sharp.
