“This is a nice rum even considering the price tag. The moscatel cask is there, but in a very discreet kind of way. The nose is spicy and fruity with floral notes and light wood and herbal notes. The palate is also spicy and fruity with light floral, wood and vanilla. The finish is long and balanced between wood, plum and vanilla. I love that they kept it at a good ABV instead of watering it down.”
