“Nez : Cacao/Caramel/Piment Bouche : complexe mais un peu trop porté, à mon gout, sur des notes empyreumatiques (boisé-torréfié-cuir). On retrouve également un peu de chocolat amer et de la vanille. La finale est plutôt longue sur le chocolat noir. Cette sélection plaira particulièrement aux amoureux des rum plus lourd, ce qui est moins mon cas.”
