“05.03.2016 Finally back in Kolding again after some years at Messe C in Fredericia. Much easier to get home when it's within walking distance. Had my good friend from Singapore visit for a month and that ended up in a lot of tasting 😊 This was a bottle i brought and it ended up empty before the day was over. Notes. Nose: overripe fruits, banana, light wood, ester, glue. Palate: balanced, fresh, intense, citrus, banana, caramel, light medicinal, light roasted wood. Finish: lightly dry, wood, light smoke, ester, fruits.”

“I just love the 1990 Hampdens. Very fine rum! Due to its relatively high acidity, however, the Berry is not my favorite representative of the vintage.”

“Mild, very mild Hampden with smooth fresh fruit tail”
