“Un rhum tahitien assez jeune qui bénéficie des atouts du vieillissement et du distillat brut. Le nez offre une jolie combinaison de canne mielleuse, de fleurs, d’agrumes (citron) et d’épices douces (vanille) avec en prime le jeune boisé qui passe relativement bien. On a une légère note alcoolique sur le cognac qui n’est pas déplaisante. L’attaque en bouche est suave, on retrouve le côté sucré de la canne, la fraîcheur des agrumes et un boisé vanillé gourmand. La texture sirupeuse accentue cette sensation de douceur. C’est un rhum doux et plaisant qui peut très bien se déguster en Ti Vieux. La finale est plutôt courte mais intense sur les notes végétales et florales. La canne à sucre, le bois jeune, la vanille et le fruité se joignent à l’unisson un bref instant avant de disparaître du palais. Une bonne référence exotique qui change des destinations habituelles.”
