It was distilled in 2010 from Molasses and then aged for 11 years. The rum has an ABV of 61,2%. A quick drop by one of the friendliest shop-owners I know, after a 2 day course. A bit rest does it good, and I got some smokyness and wood in the nose. After a while I got notes of dried fruits, wood and an olive-oil sensation
