It was distilled in 2010 from Molasses and then aged for 11 years. The rum has an ABV of 61,2%. Palate Intense, oily, wood, dry, light roasted, faint smoke, dried fruit, faint glue, light anise, faibt caramel. Finish Long and dry, wood, raisin, light caramel, light salty. A very dry release ☺️
A quick drop by one of the friendliest shop-owners I know, after a 2 day course. A bit rest does it good, and I got some smokyness and wood in the nose. After a while I got notes of dried fruits, wood and an olive-oil sensation
