Feiner Rum. Schönen Schokoladengeschmack in der Nase und im Gaumen ebenfalls. Ist leich süßlich, aber irgendwie hat dieser Rum einen kräftigen Geschmack. Die Süsse fällt auch kaum auf, echt top dieser Rum.
Die Nase gefällt mir sehr gut, vor allem wenn man bedenkt, dass dieser nur 40% hat. Ausdrucksstark Richtung Port- oder Sherry-Finish. Aber im Mund zu verwässert. Süße ist deutlich bemerkbar und sonst gibt es ein paar Fruchtnoten und rauchig dazu. Abgang ist lecker und positiv.
Messeverkostung, daher knapper: Fruchtiger als der Double, dafür weniger Schokonoten. Insgesamt auch rauer. Leider mit Abstand die bisher schwächste Abfüllung.
Nase Vanillerum, Zunge ähnlich, süß, dahinter versteckt sich was, aber wenig mehr
