Swell de Spirits New Yarmouth Flashback
Big coconut, vanilla, and dried fruit are front-and-center, with roasted wood and chocolate underneath. If you like intense, layered rums—especially with a smoky kick—this one's for you.
Coconut, spice, and roast—bold yet surprisingly balanced.

How does this rum taste?
- Super ABV integration
- intense & flavorful
- Tropically intense, gourmand, powerful
New Yarmouth 1994 Flashback is all about rich coconut, deep vanilla, and roast-driven, dried fruit intensity. Across user tastings, toasted coconut and caramel are almost universal, with many referencing roasted wood, tobacco, and a subtly smoky edge. Some, like Kevin Sorensen 🇩🇰, highlight the 'smoky touch on the palate and finish', while RumTaTa notes 'Nase: Kokosraspeln³, sehr warm, Bourbon und Vanille'. Despite its high ABV, most agree the alcohol is 'well integrated', letting the warming spice and complex chocolate-coffee notes shine through, although a few mention dryness and bitter wood in the finish.

"Hints of tropical ripened Albion. Pleasantly dry. Excellent rum! 🤩"
"This 94 NY is also of excellent quality ! A little stronger compared to the Flensburger, but otherwise they do not give each other much! A pleasure Today the second time in the glass... my first tasting is fully confirmed, this is a first class NY"
"The nose is really fun and whets the appetite for the typical 94 coconut caramel vanilla and cask profile. The taste is then much more burnt and smoky than expected. Some slightly burnt caramel, heavily toasted coconut chips, tobacco, leather and milk chocolate, as well as medjoul dates and vanilla pulp and strong mocha. Very tasty but not my absolute favorite of 94 New Yarmouths!"
"Today we have a 4 flight New Yarmouth 1994, one of my favorite profiles, Appleton 21yr goes SVW."
